Are you using Vista or MCE2005? If Vista what version? If MCE2005 what MCE compatible software are you using?
I note that your card does not have a hardware MPEG2 encoder chip so you can probably only use the ATSC tuner on it.

Hey i have a ati tv wonder 600 tv tuner card and it normally picked up OTA hd
channels when i was using the program that came with it, catalyst. now that
im using WMC i do not pick up any of those hd channels. Do i have to
configure the settings, or is it the tuner card? any help would be
appreciated. Thanks
