I have a new PC that I am installing my copy of Media Center on and before
I
can patch it up it is asking me to activate. Now the old PC is still on
the
wire and being used. My plan was to get the new one working and then move
the
data and then shut the old one down. If I activate the new PC will the old
one stop working?
-Thanks! Patrick

If you used the same OS CD and the same Product number, you will get a
request to call Microsoft.

As to the old PC stop working, No it will not. It will continue to work, but
you may be violating the License on Windows OS.
