DVD Library problems

I have riped some dvds and put them in a folder c:\DVDs and setup the
DVD Library to see them as described here:

It works really well except the library also shows all the recorded tv
shows which look ugly as there is no folder.jpg art image inside
there. I have gone into settings (right mouse inside the library view,
then settings, then Library Setup) and then Stop watching folders,
removed the c:\User\Pulic\Recorded TV\ entry but they still not vanish
from the library. Actually it happened once but then they came back.
This looks like some kind of bug - how can I prevent it please?
