Re: Limit Internet Access

As far as I can tell, this question really doesn't seem to have anything to to do with Media Center which is the focus of this group.

You need to repost in a different forum and when you do, you need to provide more info. How are you connected to the net? If you have a router (DSL or Cable), there may be built in firewall software to handle your needs.

I am looking for a way to limit interent Access.

Either blow websites by domain or only allow websites by domain.
Idealy I would like to be able to complete this in a matter the will work on
any browser.

So no matter which software is used to access the internet it can be
controlled.

If it can be done via user login that would be great too.

This is a workgroup environment so I do not have a central managed system.
Nor do I have a proxy system.
Is there a software type proxy than can be run in a workgroup with 2 -3
systems?

Thank you

.
