DVI + Audio -> HDMI

Hi,
My TV has a VGA port as well as two HDMI ports. My PC that is connected to
this TV has two DVI ports. Currently I use a DVI-to-VGA converter and
connect my PC to my TV. I am thinking about getting a DVI-to-HDMI cable so
that I do not perform any digital to analog conversions and lose quality.
All seems well except that my sound will no longer work since my PC's sound
is connected to a port next to VGA port and gets activated only when I
change the TV to VGA mode.
Is there an easy/cost effective method to get sound incorporate into this
setup and create a HDMI signal from DVI + Sound Card? I really would like
not to lose much quality (doing conversions) and the girth of my skinny
wallet if possible.
:-)
Thank you.
.
