Ok, I'll try with a cable between MCE and x360.
I have only windows firewall, I tried with it enabled and disabled,
but nothing changed...
It's a fresh xp sp2 MCE installation with rollup 2 and latest
upgrades.
Thank you so much (for the moment : D ).

Please try directly connecting your PC to your Xbox 360 using an Ethernet
cable (completely bypassing your router and hub) to identify/eliminate this
equipment as the source of the problem. Note: the Xbox 360 will auto-sense,
so a straight-through Ethernet cable is fine.
Also, do you have any third-party firewall, intrusion detection, anti-virus,
privacy guard, or parental control software installed on your PC?
