hi, Can anybody tell me how to execute 'msconfig' under 'safe mode with command prompt' ?
Although I could log in to my pc, office 2003 enterprise edition installtion application always gets in the way and it stops me from going to desktop. After I cancelled the unisntallation reluctantly, other error alerts popped up, 1712, 1101.
how to use IME (input method editor) on safe mode with command prompt? I cannot type japanese in there. I am very puzzled since most of the subfolders I have created were written in japanese. Options such as 'mark' and 'paste' make a lot of mistakes that I need to repeat copying folder names all over again.

problems:
I tried to uninstall info path from office 2003 enterprise edition and I get the error 1311 alert that I need sku011.cab to complete the uninstallation process. From that moment, I cannot install/uninstall anything as the error stand in the way.

I do not want to format my pc, Is there any solution to resolve the problem?

thank you very much for your kind assistance.
