Visit www.hauppauge.com and ensure that you have the latest published Media
Center drivers for your card.
Dear Mr. Knox,
I did go and download "the drivers" It installed "WinTV" which worked for a few days. But one day, It just quit working. The Haupauge card is still under "Sound, video and game controllers" in "Device manager" Under the "General" tab it says "This device is working properly." It show no IRQ confliccts. NO hardware changes
Actually no software changes.
I don't think that the media center/ Haupauge video card is supposed to actually supposed to work. It's just more bells and whistles. Why?
I hate Vista.

I have an HP Pavillion media Center TV Pc
It has a Hauppauge Win TV HVR-1600 NTSC/ATSC Combo tuner card
The card Shows up in Device manager. But in the "media center" it doesn't
see it.
NO Tuner Found!
I have 16 "Chat" transcripts from HP, from spending hours on the HP
chatline. They know nothing!
The whole thing ended with them sending me a new card... NO Tuner Found!
Does anyone have any Ideas?
marta
