When I right click my dvd/cd drive in my computer in order to format a CD-RW
disk, I receive the message "file lgc.bin is not present in the working
directory or was damaged".
I have only tried system restore without success. Any advice gratefully
received.

Re: Windows xp service pack 2 ... I recently reformated my main computer and finished updating all my drivers, installing most of my software and runing various windows updates.... I have read the articles on how to remove the uncomplete install of service back 2 but they all involve the disk.... (microsoft.public.windows.mediacenter)
