Try removing WinTV. Reboot and re-run MCE Setup.

I have done as you said - Wintv2000 was downloaded to my machine. it plays
the television and can record (I am assuming the card is ok) so it must be a
problem with the Media Center? I still cannot schedule tv recordings -thank

Its possible that your card has failed. You may want to check the Hauppauge
web site for updated drivers, and not rely on HP.

Pay special attention to Step 2 and run the HWCLEAR application to remove
all traces of the previous drivers.
