As I said, there are many, many reasons for error messages, bad hardware,
poor a/c power, corrupt software, poorly written software, incompatible
software, improper use/maintenance, viri, malware are but a few.

Look at the Event Viewer for error log and post back.

Open Control Panel>Administrative Tools>Event Viewer>Application.
Here look for application error log.
