where do i find a hardware compatibility listing?
Try this program first before you invest in outdated technology:
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/products/windowsvista/buyorupgrade/upgradeadvisor.mspx?wt_svl=10008VHa1&mg_id=10008VHb1
The cost of XP MCE 2005 is greater than the cost of Vista Home Premium
upgrade. And you can do a clean install of Vista Home Premium upgrade by
following these instructions:
http://www.winsupersite.com/showcase/winvista_upgrade_clean.asp
If your system doesn't meet the requirements for Vista and if your funds are
tight, then by all means get XP MCE 2005. I just like saving people money
as I am poor myself.
