Traceroute will trace the route of the packets attempting to go to the
destination.
With that information, you can see where the problem is

i.e. either your computer, some system in between, or something at
soundclick.com's end.

As they say, it's hard to fix a problem when you don't know where to go.
This will tell you *where* the problem is.
