Is there an Icon for it on your Desktop and if yes does it work? And if yes you can right click it and drag and drop a copy onto your Programs listing.
If no then search for ehshell.exe and if found then right click it drag it to your desktop and select create shortcut.

HP said that it was an issue with Windows and not hardware related. Like I
related before, it was in my program list before but has vanished. The new
shortcut I created with the information that was given to me, did create the
MC icon but when clicked it gives the error mentioned below. Don't know if it
is related to permissions or what. I don't recall resetting anything that
would effect that.
