It created the shortcut just fine, but when clicked, it gives an error
"Windows cannot open this program because it has been prevented by a

the admin but am at a loss as to how to fix this problem. Need more help

You may create a shortcut with a target %SystemRoot%\ehome\ehshell.exe
and a start in :-%SystemRoot%\ehome
