update rollup refuses to unstall on my pc {?}

Hello dear fellows!

I have got Windows Media Center which is fantastic
and so forth. Now, I'm in trouble updating to update
rollup which I have had installed on the computer,
previously. I'm reading about a Framework 1.1
hotfix to remove, apparently not installed. So, no
solution for ME.
