I own a HP pocket PC running Windows Mobile 2003 2nd Edition. I was able to
synchronise to an XP PC using Activesynch which automatically converted my
Pocket Excel files (*.pxl) to Excel files (*.xls) which I could open on my
XP
Desktop. I have bought a new Desktop running Vista. I can connect my
PC to my Vista Desktop and use Mobile Media Center to synchronise Outlook
data etc. However the *.pxl files are simply copied to my Desktop as *.pxl
files (and not converted to *.xls as expected). My desktop Excel (Office
2007) cannot sucessfully open these *.pxl files and I can see no way of
setting an appropriate conversion (i.e. from *.pxl to *.xls). Can anyone
help?
