Tks Jaime -- I think I just discovered how to reply to you. I'm not really sure how I got here, but I think I discovered the "Reply" link. To answer your question, my Operationg System is an XP Home edition, so I think Im in the wrong place. What and where should I go?.

I've sent the below question and comments to MS "Contact" location, and they
shuffled me to this site. Have no idea where to go for an operation system
issue with only a 2005 copy of MS Street & Trips. Anyone have an idea????
[[[ Message: On this machine, whenever I try to open MS S&Trips 2005
edition, the machine gets locked in an error that tries to report the error
to MS, then repeats the error cycle. If I reboot, open nothing and try S&T,
it does the same thing. I've deleated S&T via Control Panel and reloaded it.
Same thing. The program workes just find on both my laptops, an old 1998
model Compaq and 2005 Adveratec. This desktop is an eMachine by Gateway. ]]]
