Vista MCE and HDTV

I have a cable box from Cox Communications that has the ability to
deliver HD content via YPbPr component cables and HDMI. I can go
directly to my TV with these connections however how do I connent to
my MCE laptop?

It doesnt seem like there are any solutions out there at all. Are
there any external components that can take YPbPr in and serve it up
via USB 2.0 or firewire to my MCE laptop?
