Re: HELP!! NO AUDIO SOUND FOUND

Hi k0oki3,

Something similar happened to me once.... volume icon and control just
disappeared. Back then, I found a KB Article that stated something along the
lines that "This can just happen!". A quick search found this (which I'm not
sure is the same Article I found earlier, but may give you a lead): "Volume
Icon Is Not Displayed in the Notification Area, and You Receive an Error
Message When You Try to Add It", at:

i have 3 problems going on with my computer rite now, but the one thats
been
bothering me the longest is my audio. i rebooted my comp early this week
thinking it would be fixed but its not. whenever i try to play a song, it
would say theres a problem with the audio and that its not working right.
theres no volume control next to the clock on the lower right hand corner,
and when i open the audio control from control panel, it says no audio
device
found. im so frustrated, i dont know what to do.

my computer is a T4510 eMachines, Microsoft Windows XP, Home Edition
Preinstalled. please help, spring break is almost over for me and i need
the
sound to work in order to work on a interview documentary that's due in 2
weeks.
