Since you didn't tell us what OS you have, I'll just assume this will work:
- Start
- Run
- Type "msconfig" (no quotes)
- Click Ok or hit Enter key
- Click on the "Startup" tab
- Uncheck those programs.
- Click Ok or hit Enter key
