This is a new Dell 9200, so I rang them and they just told me to keep doing
system recoveries until it works again. Anyway, went back 5 days, it still
doesn't work.

Any help or advice would really be appreciated.

The program opens for me, but then I'm experiencing the same problem when I try to download updated setup info for my tuner or the program guide. My knowledge base and google searches have not turned up any helpful references to the WC tore Update Manager.
