Windows XP Media Center

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

When I open Windows XP Media Center I get the following error message:

Windows - No Disk
"There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive ."
There is no disk referenced, just a blank space.

My options are then to cancel, try again or continue. No matter which
button I click, the error message stays.

Any thoughts?
