Re: Computer Restarts

Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance

This may be a BSOD. To confirm: Start > RightClick My Computer > Advanced >
StartUp and Recovery Settings > Uncheck Automatically Restart. Try to crash
the Computer again. BSOD?

Have a look in Event Viewer for ID:1001 and other Errors. Post the BugCheck
codes, etc. The Driver may be identified.

After I open a prgram called "World of Warcraft" and enter my password a
message breifly come on the screen saying "downloading" then "submiting
non-personal information" right after that message comes up, my computer
restarts. After the restart a have the option to send microsoft my error.
It says it's "caused by a device driver error"

I was wonder if there's any thing i can check to make sure my drivers are
up to date and if i can fix this problem.
