Strange thing is JW. I had Nero installed, before I reformatted and was
having no problem with the TV tuner.
Now, I'm running with the bare, bare minimum to see if the fatal system
error messages would reappear.
No fatal error message, but no TV Tuner either.

Go figure!

Do you have Nero installed? It appease to cause unerparable havoc to
decoders, regretfully, I don't know if a doing a repair on the OS or a
new OS install is required to fix the Nero problem.
If you have Nero I suggest you start a new thread and state in the
subject the Nero release and version you are uisng?
