Trigger Vista MC EPG update

Hi,

I was wondering whether there was a way to trigger an update to the
EPG in Vista MC manually - other than the tedious task of going
through Settings - TV - Guide etc.
I live in a country where the EPG changes constantly and it would be
great to allow for more than one update a day.
