Then you should scan your system with latest virus definitioned antivirus as well as with latest versions of Spybot,Search n Destroy,CWShredder and Adaware.Run these tools in Safe mode.

This only applies to folders, however. I can double-click to open programs, documents, or music. I can select those and hit Enter. But to open folders, I have to right-click.

I have no idea why.
