My resolution was at the hightest. However I have spent the last few hours
reloading Vista Home. VOILA! Problem solved. Don't know why. But obviously it
works. Thanks to you all for your interest and suggestions.

Have you tried going to a higher resolution ?.
This usually makes the window smaller, so you can see the top.

If you want the best seat in the house,
You'll have to move the cat.

Downloaded the new NVIDIA drivers for GE Force 6200SE TurboCache. No
change.
I'll wait for some kind hearted knowledgeble assistance. Thanks

Sounds like an overscan problem. There's a utility that can help you fix
that - unfortunately I can never remember the name of it since I don't
use
it. Hopefully someone here will chime in...

It has worked prior after installation but not now. I also have the
video
out
of sync sometimes. Restart corrects it most of the time. This only
occurs
when I am using Media Center. Not in general use.
ANSWER TO YOUR REPLY: The top of the desk top is always 1/32 hidden. No
amount of moniotor correction seems to help. --

Is this a problem with Media Center or maybe your graphic card
overscanning?
Is the top of the desktop missing too?

When in full screen I cannot make it smaller without the top of page
being
off the screen. Unable to drag and drop. Can enlarge or reduce but
top
is
off
the screen. Note: this occurs only in media center.
