Do you believe is is not related to a particular file because all of your
content is mp3's encoded at 192k or because regardless of what you are
listening to the 6th track you listen to always causes a lockup?

yep, it doesn't seem to be related to a particular file, it seems to be a
time based problem.

Mp3's encoded at 192k. Have you seen this before? It's very weird as
the
tune that is playing when it locks up will continue to play until it
finishes, but media centre does not repsond using the media remote or
xbox
controller.

Hi, I have a problem when playing music on my xbox 360 extender.
After
roughly 6 music tracks the xbox will lockup, although the music
track
will
continue to play until the end of that track. I then have to power
of
the
360, there is no way to get back to the media centre front end. I'm
running
Media Centre 2005 rollup2, the PC is wireless on a 108mps network
and
the
xbox 360 is connected to the router via ethernet. I have no problems
with
network speed or connection when watching films or viewing pictures,
I
can
even watch HD content. Any ideas? Many thanks in advance.
