Why did MS try to give me IE7 when I already have it (screwing up album art) Did they fix it? MSVPs?

The page that auto loaded looked like it had just been released. I didn't
download it, I wanted to check here first before it screws up more than just
my album art in Media Center 2005.
I have version 7.0.5730.11 ... Update Versions:0
Could someone please direct me in the right direction? TIA!
