The S-video connection and its associated audio connedtio on your TV
Tuner/Video capture card are for inputing into your PC from a STB instead of
using poorer quality RF input to the antenna connection. If you want to
export S-Video from your PC your graphics card would need to have an S-video
output connetion.

i am new to mce, i have set it up according to all the instructions but im
not sure what is supposed to happen through my s video cable. i can
receive
live streaming to my pc, but i presume the s video cable should stream my
pc
to my tv.? but nothing is happening i have checked my tv is set to s video
input all i fine there. i read on this newsgroup that i can enable my tv
through my display, settings. but there is nothing in there apart from my
lcd
monitor number1. number 2 is greyed out. when i try to switch it it also
acts
as my lcd monitor. thank you for taking the time to read this and i would
be
very greatful if you can give me any help...thanks
