Your answer is wrong.
Media Center does not run on either XP Home or XP Pro Edition. It is its
own OS SKU that is built on the XP Pro Edition platform.

IIS can only be enabled / installed on XP Professional Edition. It
looks like you have XP Home Edition. Media Center can run on both OS
versions.
