Hello There,
I just got a Zune for Christmas and was so excited to start the
downloading
process, to my surprise...once I put the disc in it said that Zune is not
compatible with Windows Media 2004...Zune gave me a pop up saying I needed
Windows Media 2005 or higher. I went to the Manufacturer for the upgrade
and
they said that Windows Media 2005 was available for upgrading back in Feb
2005? How was I suppose to know I needed the upgrade, besides it's not
like I
have the time to be surfing the net for new downloads.
Please help!!! I have a brand new Zune but can't use it! What can I do?
OK.. I have to ask.
Just what is a Zune? I assumed that it was just a Microsoft branded MP3
player, like an iPod. What is so special about it that you *MUST* have MCE
2005?
Can't you still load it with files, etc. like any other player?
