Hi Alex,
Well first off I would try rebooting and selecting F8 during the boot as if you were going to boot into safe mode. I believe you will then be presented with an option along the lines of boot into VGA mode. If that works, I would reset the display settings you changed and set the display to VGA and reboot normally. Hopefully the VGA will stick and give you another chance to optimize the display.
If that does not work, then try to connect to the display via s-video. If you have a working display, change the settings back and reconnect via DVI-HDMI.
If neither of the above works but you can get to the boot mode screen "F8" then boot using safe mode. uninstall any GPU software for your card the go to device manager and delete the GPU and reboot. I believe that you will then be able to reinstall.
