not long ago i found a need to reinstall windows, now that it is
reinstalled
my flash disk has not been working, it is not a problem with the flash
disk
as the light flickers and it turns up in device manager, the problem is
that
it doesn't show up in my computer and i cannot acces the files on it, i
have
asked around and cant seem to find an answer

It isn't being assigned a drive letter or is being assigned one that
conflicts.

Go into Disk management (in admiinstrative tools in Control panel) and
assign it a different, available letter
