Well, do you really have 2002? The only way to tell is from within the
Settings / About section of Media Center, as the underlying OS (XP Pro) _is_
from 2002.

Thought it was just a driver issue...

Thing tends to lock up constantly
Called HP and they are like. Well it sucks to be you...
You can always buy *another * Media Center PC and it will have 2005 on
it..

Is there any way to upgrade this to 2005.. I have an Xbox 360 and this
thing
is unstable as hell running MC, works fine in windows...
