Re: more how to questions

Thanks jolt. The keypad entry method works fine. Too bad I can't remap the
long digital channel numbers though. I don't have a remote that works with
WMC.
Messing with the 'windows' key caused WMC to lock up. Ended up with black
full screen and had to exit via task manager. Since posting I've read other
threads about this issue and some suggest to not use full screen mode but
'almost' full screen by dragging.
Another question. I am using the Pinnacle HD Pro Stick USB tuner. It worked
great for a while until I updated PMC to newly released patch. (version
3.53.1137) After that update the Pinnacle Media Center was unusable. I was
able to restore through various means to the earlier version but the
Pinnacle MC is very buggy still. Looks like I did not truly get back.
But the new question is:

When viewing HD in Windows Media Center movement is very smeary. Watching
football now and horizontal camera pans smear everything but the player the
camera is following. Other channels do the same thing. Camera pans smear all
the background. As bad as the Pinnacle MC is it does not have the smear
problem. Image looks very much like my stand-alone HD LCD TV. Is there some
known issue with smearing and Windows Media Center?

You can tune to a channel by imputing the channel number, for digital
it would be the full number in the guide like 1061 or access thru the
guide by pressing the OK button on the remote.

In full screen press the windows key to use the mouse on the secondary
monitor. The mouse doesn't work well when the primary monitor is full
screen and will effect the remotes operation.

Just started using WMC with HD tuner.

Is there a way to change channels besides the up / down arrow? I'd
like to be able to tune directly to a specific channel.

I have a dual monitor setup. When TV is full screen I lose the
ability to use the other monitor. The mouse is only active on the
main WMC monitor. Is
there a way around this limitation.
Thanks for answers.
