Everything looks normal. There are a couple more logs that may prove
helpful. Can you do the below?
- Open a command prompt and run "net start > start.txt" and post the
contents
- Enable logging for the Windows Firewall and post the contents of the log:
.. 1) Open the firewall control panel (Start > Run > "firewall.cpl
<enter>")
.. 2) Go to to the Advanced tab
.. 3) Select Settings for Security Logging and enable both logging
options. Select OK to save settings.
.. 4) Attempt to add your Extender again
.. 5) Post the contents of the firewall log (name/path is defined during
step 3, with c:\windows\wf.log being the default location)

Were you getting the notification before that an Xbox 360 existed? If
not,
it looks like whatever you unistalled was blocking UPnP/SSDP traffic, but
something else is blocking port 3776 (needed to configure the Extender)

Please open a command prompt (Start > Run > "cmd" <enter>), run "netsh
winsock show catalog > catalog.txt", then post the contents of
catalog.txt.
While you're at it, please also run "netsh firewall show config >
config.txt" and "netsh firewall show state > state.txt" and post the
contents of those files as well. This will help identify what's blocking
this traffic.

I have no 3rd party firewalls installed. I just went through and
removed
any
programs resembling a firewall. I got a pop-up saying a new Xbox 360
has
been detected, do you want to install? Of Course. Well, we fooled you
because we can't find the new Xbox that we just told you about. I read
the
log to say Unable to detect thrid party firewall.

Your logs indicate that something (e.g. a third-party firewall) is
blocking
incoming network traffic.

As a troubleshooting measure, you can try temporarily uninstalling any
third-party firewalls/intrusion detection/parental control software
you
have
and see if this issue goes away.
