Please check the Application, System, and Security Event Viewer logs (right
click My Computer --> Manage) for any errors corresponding to the time that
you tried to connect and then post them here.

I am having the same problem but the solution above did not work for
me. I still get the message about another user or program ending the
session that was described above.
