I've never seen it. And XP came out in 2002 (or there abouts).

It only happens when I click on certain files, usually random as
sometimes they are video sometimes they are text. I click on the file,
this message instantly pops up, I close it once, twice, thrice, and it
goes away, but each time I click on the file again, the message re pops
up.

I removed the rest of the code, just in case, but that is how the
message appears. Anyone encounter this and know how to stop it?
