Record fails after deleting Record Series
We are Acer resellers and are testing a personal Acer iDea 500 PC,
which is specially built with 2 tuners and Media Center V5.
Since starting to use it about 4 weeks ago I have had to restart
either Media Centre or the PC nearly every day in order to record
channels or view the schedule.
The current ptoblem relates to Recording.
Having set up to Record Series for a couple of programs, and then
deleted these record options, I cannot now set it to record any
program. It appears to go through the motions but then fails to set
the record indicator in the schedule.
The Application Event Log, prior to reboot, shows multiple 82 and 0
errors "excepion opening connection to database"
Any advice would be appreciated.
