I would believe software, but looks like I might be out of my depth here - sorry.
As I read it before it looked like what I said, but when a file plays well in preview and then gets burned wrong to DVD, I have to believe it's the My DVD LE ... so maybe you could try a demo/trial version of some other software. Buy it *if* it works OK.
Let's beg the real experts to get in on this one :-)
