It's not a component that is installed by default.
You should have the install source, which is where the system will go
looking for the files.
These setup files may already be on your hard drive, so try it out.

But does that mean I have to instal it or is it installed by default, or I
need to instal by going to Add/Remove, and instal the software from a CD
