Assuming you're on Connect, there are several diagnostic tools you can
download that will grab a snapshot of your computer (one's for the basic
snapshot, another download gets you the Media Center-specific snapshot). You
can attach these snapshots to a bug report filed with the beta client
program.

I can start it up for like 10secs until the error comes up everytime.
It
seems the error comes up when it's trying to load something...Hope

can help me with that.
