Yes, you can purchase the MS Remote and receiver in many retail stores and online.

I do not have an IR remote for media center and cannot complete the tv setup
as a result. Is there a way to bypass this portion of setup or use an RF
remote instead? The TV Wonder Elite Remote Control Edition I purchased says
it is Media Center Compatible but I do not understand how it is expected to
complete the installation without an IR remote. Any suggestions? Is it
possible to buy an IR reciever as that the card did not come with one? I do
own a Logitech Harmony remote but do not have an IR reciever for my computer.
