Not that I'm aware of. You'll still require a receiver for the mouse. Good news, it will come with one, and they won't be IR, they'll be RF based.

Are there any wireless mice, Microsoft or other that will work with the IR unit that comes with the MCE remote? I already have the Microsoft MCE Keyboard and I was hoping to add a real mouse to the setup without using another IR unit. Thanks.
