media Center Extender Errors (Cont')

(Longer Explanation At Bottom Of Post!) Well, during the xbox 360
conenction setup, at the step "Creating A User Account" I get a windows
error saying:



Windows cannot log you on because your profile cannot be loaded. Check
that
you are connected to the network, or that your network is functioning
correctly. If this problem persists, contact your network
administrator.

DETAIL - The system cannot find the file specified.







When I try to re-install the Xbox360 Connection software, it opens. I
click next, and get this error:

To enable just in time (JIT) debugging, the config file for this
application or machine (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

If I click quit it just quits and I still get the same error. I click
continue instead and it just stays forever on the install screen. I
have UPH User Hive Cleanup, I have an MXC1 folder in C:/Documents And
Settings/1, which contains Application Data, Cookies, Desktop,
Favorites, Local Settings, My Documents, NetHood, PrintHood, Recent,
SendTo, Start Menu, and Tempelates fodlers. It also has the following
files: NTUSER.DAT, NTUSER.DAT.LOG, and ntuser.ini. When I open command
Prompt and run "net suer" this is what I get:

In the next post by me there are several log files that have to do with
xbox 360 and MCE posted.



I am able to connect my PC to Xbox and share music and pictures, and
connect to media Center, but media cneter will not actually start
because it cannot log into the user profile. Should I try unintalling
Media Center Extender, and then, (I'm not sure from where, does the
xbox.com/pcsetup FULL package contain it?) reinstall Media Center
Extender? My last issue was caused by my registry currentversion value
set to 2.8 instead of the actual 4.0. after changing that all setups
and uninstallers from within media center extender can be run. The only
problem I'm having now is the MCX1 account not being able to log in. I
might note, that when I start up my PC it logs right into my account,
which is administrator, and none of that sounds are played and login
screen isnt shown. (This may be due to me changing some registry values
a LONG time ago?) But, also, when i log out of mya ccount, it finishes
logging out, but no account choose screen is shown, I get an error
saying something along the lines of:
Unable To Log You On Due To User Restrictions

(This could also be due to soemr egistry changes?) It seems there are a
lot more problems that go deeper than just xbox 360 problems, and its
starting to look like a re-install of the whole OS is the only
solution. But, I wont reinstall. If I cant fix this I'll just have to
deal without being able to use MCE on the xbox. i have much too muchd
ata and applciations and game sinstalled on here to want to reinstall
again. Note: I just installed this OS about 15 months ago) If anyone
has any idea, or can help me it would be greatly appreciated. I know
this seems like a lot, but Im lost :/. This is the only place I can
seem to get help. Thanks!
