Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance



Please check the Application, System, and Security Event Viewer logs (right
click My Computer --> Manage) for any errors corresponding to the time that

you tried to launch setup.



Please also review your dvcConn.log and dvcsetup file from c:\windows
directory for more clues as to what is happening.

Same thing I also get when trying to uninstall it. No firewalls, tried
safe mode, xbox support sucks, have connected with it before a couple
months ago. I CAN CONNECT and listen to music and pictures, but cant
connect to MEDIA CENTER from the xbox thats the proble. so the
conenction is fine, I believe its a software error. thats just to
answer some common questions.

Im just gonna sell my xbox. I payed for my 360 and the support says
call mcirosoft, but thats 38 dollars a call :/ and these newsgroups
realy arents helping much.
