Dell doesn't make tv tuner cards. It is up to the manufacturers of the tv
tuner cards to provide drivers.

In addition, Vista has not reached RTM (Release to Manufacturing) stage yet.
It is still in beta. Being in a Release Candidate stage does not equal RTM
and as such, definitely won't be supported by Dell.

Vista is not released yet, why would you expect it be supported?

It is indeed released. Microsoft has released RC1 to the public. A
retail computer manufacturer has an obligation to provide drivers to
people who have purchased their products. Thats the whole purpose of
releasing RC1 to the public. So the general population can check it out
and make sure it is working properly before the final release. As others
have reported, many other tuner card manufacturers are providing Vista
drivers and a company like Dell should make sure that it's tuner
manufacturers do as well.
