My monitor runs at 1280x1024 @ 60Hz. That is what I have my graphics card set
at. Is that what you meant by setting it at the 'native resolution'?
I downloaded the 91.47 drivers you mentioned, and there is no change. With
the newer drivers, any video I play or tv I try to watch brings my computer
to a snail's pace. The mouse barely moves and the task manager window
refreshes once every 30 seconds. With the 89.31 drivers that came on the
installation CD with my card, these types of things still happened, but after
several mintues of perfect playback.
I tried to disable my onboard Intel chip in the BIOS but couldn't find how.
Seeing as how I know very little about settings in the BIOS, I wasn't too
surprised. The only setting I saw that was close was changing the primary
graphics port to PCI (where my GeForce 6200 is) or Onboard (where the Intel
chipset is). It was set to PCI and I left it there.

NVIDIA released new 91.47 drivers yesterday(9/1) are these the ones you are
using?
Is the Intel chip disabled in your BIOS?

I recently installed a Geforce 6200-OC graphics card into my HP m7067c,
replacing my Intel 82915G/GV/910GL Express onboard chip. After it's
install,
I noticed that both live and recorded tv locked up my computer after a
few
minutes. After I installed the latest drivers from the NVIDIA website,
it
only got worse. Media Center would lock up before any picture was
shown,

the same thing happened when I tried playing the DVR-MS files through
Media
Player 10 or when I tried watching a DVD on InterVideo WinDVD Player. I
bought the NVIDIA PureVideo MPEG Decoder (and have it set as default
through
the decoder utility) with no change. When I ran the Media Center
Diagnostic
Tool, my computer had no fails or warnings.
Is there a setting that I'm missing with my new card? Do I have to live
with
the older drivers (and therefore older controls and settings) to watch
videos
on my computer? Could it be the card itself? Although I wasn't able to
find a
list of MCE-compatable graphics cards, others are using lower Geforce
cards
with no performance issues. Several other threads have had discussions
on
this problem (although with slightly different circumstances) and none
of
the
solutions provided seemed to work except for using an older driver.
